- Does this digital photo frame need to be connected to WiFi to transfer photos?
- Answer: This digital photo frame receives photos and videos with WiFi (2.4GHZ) connected. And you can also use SD card to transfer photos.
- Why can't the digital photo frame recognize my SD card?
- Answer: Please ensure that your SD card is using FAT32 or NTFS file system. If not, you can reformat the card to one of these file systems. Note that photos cannot be displayed directly from a SD card.
- Why does the screen of the digital photo frame always turn off automatically every few seconds?
- Answer: Please check if your digital photo frame is in sleep mode for the time period. The default setting turns off the screen at 11:00 pm and wakes it up at 7:00 am. Sleep mode allows you to reduce power consumption by automatically turning on and waking up the device at set times. You can adjust the start/end time as desired.
