Due to feedback from buyers either it won't work or it will turn off automatically after a while or the airflow is low.
Why does this problem occur ？？？？
Because the plug/computer/rechargeable device connected to the USB end does not reach 2A current, the market plug has 5V/0.5A (which is 500mA) 5V/1A (1000mA) 5V/2A (2000mA). It is recommended that buyers need to use an adapter (plug) at 5V/2A (2000mA)
NOTE:
Due to the density of water ,pure water or distiled water will reduce the spray effect and produce dripping water, it is recommended to add tap water or mineral water. After using for a period of time, if the air cooler does not spray, the atomizing hole may be blocked,Gently wipe the atomization hole from inside the portable AC will restore normal spraying.
Our product is not battery rechargeable
Our product is not battery rechargeable.Can only be used when plugged in (Note: it is Not a battery powered air conditioner, please keep it connected to the power supply when using it).
It has usb cable,not battery operated,need to plug with adapter( 5V 2A above adapter(Package include adapter), power bank or computer.Suitable for personal cooling.

1. Does the air cooler wet my desk?

2. Can it achieve the same cooling effect as an air conditioner?

3. Why sometimes it cools weakly?

4.After using for sometime, the fan leafe will be very dirty, easy to take apart and wash?
